Shipping policy

At LaschoCards, we place great importance on ensuring that your Pokémon cards arrive safely and undamaged. Each card is carefully packed in protective sleeves and secured with bubble wrap in padded envelopes or sturdy boxes. This ensures that your order arrives in excellent condition.

1. Shipping Costs

• PostPac Economy (B-Post)
  Delivery time: 2–3 business days – CHF 8.50
• PostPac Priority (A-Post)
  Delivery time: 1–2 business days – CHF 10.50
• Free shipping on orders of CHF 120 or more (PostPac Priority)

2. Shipping Time

Domestic (Switzerland and Liechtenstein):
A-Post: 1–2 business days from shipping confirmation
B-Post: 2–3 business days from shipping confirmation
Orders of CHF 120 or more are shipped free of charge via A Mail.

If items are ordered together with pre-order items, all products will be shipped together once every item in the order is available. We do not offer partial deliveries.

Orders placed by 4:00 p.m. are generally shipped on the same day. However, longer processing and delivery times may occur due to high order volumes, pre-orders, public holidays, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Any stated delivery times are therefore non-binding estimates and cannot be guaranteed at all times.

3. Shipping Provider

Your order will be shipped by Swiss Post. All shipments are trackable, and you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

4. Packaging and Security

We take particular care when packaging your Pokémon cards. They are packed in protective sleeves and secured with bubble wrap to help ensure that they arrive safely and undamaged.

5. Delivery Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Unfortunately, the delivery address can no longer be changed once the order has been shipped.
