Shipping policy

At Laschocards, we take great care to ensure your Pokémon cards arrive safely and reliably. All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our warehouse in Switzerland.

1. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

  • PostPac Economy: CHF 8.50
    Delivery time: 2–3 business days
  • PostPac Priority: CHF 10.50
    Delivery time: 1–2 business days
  • PostPac Priority Saturday Delivery: CHF 14.50
    Delivery time: 1–2 business days, including delivery on Saturdays
  • PostPac Priority with Additional Insurance: CHF 15.50
    Delivery time: 1–2 business days, with additional shipping insurance
  • Free shipping on orders of CHF 120 or more
    Shipped via PostPac Priority

We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders containing only in-stock items and placed by 4:00 pm are generally dispatched on the same business day. If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched once all ordered items are available. Partial shipments are not offered.

High order volumes, pre-orders, public holidays, supplier delays or other unforeseen circumstances may extend processing or delivery times. The stated delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Provider and Tracking

All orders are shipped with Swiss Post. All available shipping methods include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number by email. Additional shipping insurance is included only when you select “PostPac Priority with Additional Insurance”.

4. Secure Packaging

Your Pokémon cards, collectible cards and trading cards are carefully protected. Depending on the product, we use protective sleeves, bubble wrap, padded envelopes or sturdy cardboard boxes.

5. Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may be charged to the person placing the order.
