Customers have the option to cancel their order after prior consultation with LaschoCards, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. A processing fee of 9% of the order value will be charged for each cancellation to cover incurred payment and administration costs. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-4 days (PostPac Economy) and express shipping takes 1-2 days (Post Pac Priority)
